The Residence La Cava is located in Pognana Lario (SS583) 11 km from Como.
It stands on an area of about 20,000 square meters between the road and the lake (which was originally a Roman stone quarry).
The Residence is now an oasis of lush Mediterranean vegetation where guests can relax and enjoy a breathtaking view of the most famous lake in Italy.
The staircase and the panoramic lift depart from the private parking and lead to the apartments carved directly into the rock, the park, the pool and the tennis court.
The apartments are fully furnished, all with balcony or terrace and offer a spectacular view of the lake.

They are carved directly into the rock and were designed by the architect Adolfo Franchini with the aim of merging structure and nature in an organic and functional way.
